Meet Cat:
Hi, I’m Cat!
My yoga journey began as a way to manage anxiety and create more balance in my own life. What started as a personal practice soon became a meaningful path toward teaching, community, and helping others feel more at home in their bodies.
I completed my Barre instructor training in early 2025 and earned my 200-hour yoga teacher certification later that year. I have also completed additional specialized training in Yin and Children’s Yoga.
Each of my classes is thoughtfully planned to be accessible to beginners while giving experienced students opportunities to explore and challenge themselves.
Through Shiloh Yoga, I offer private yoga instruction and community events that bring movement, connection, and a little more balance into everyday life. I look forward to practicing with you!
Why Shiloh?
Before Hutto became the community we know today, an early settlement called Shiloh was home to the surrounding area. The name Shiloh has ancient Hebrew roots and has long been associated with ideas of peace, rest, tranquility, and belonging.
Shiloh Yoga draws on both meanings—a connection to the history of the community we call home and the idea of creating a place to slow down, reconnect, and find a little more balance.
Just as the original Shiloh brought neighbors together, I hope to create meaningful opportunities for people of all ages to gather through movement, mindfulness, and community.
Rooted in history.
Centered in peace.
Connected through community.
